MakeMyTrip launches Holiday Plus for international travellers

Travel portal MakeMyTrip.com has launched Holiday Plus, which covers specially designed tour packages for destinations in Europe, Australia and the United States.These packages come with a satisfaction guarantee under which the online travel company will take only half of the holiday cost upfront, and the rest is to be paid after the traveller returns from a satisfactory holiday, MakeMyTrip has said.
According to Keyur Joshi, co-founder and COO, MakeMyTrip, the company will support the guarantee programme with a high-voltage campaign ‘Humne Toda Vaada Toh Pay Only Aadha’ that will shortly break across mass media -- TV, electronic and radio channels as well as the internet.
International holidays, which has long been a significant revenue generator for traditional brick-and-mortar travel agencies, is now also growing as a major category to drive revenues for OTAs. So far, MakeMyTrip has sold over 7500 packages to international destinations since April 2007.

Makemytrip.com is making very nice packages but changing time by time which could not be remembered.
On evening of 29th Sept 2009 my father booked one ticket for our family friend. The name of the passenger is Bhojraj Bhambu The ticket was booked through Make My Trip for Spice Jet F;ight leaving Kolkata at about 7.30 in morning. Make my trip took full value from HDFC Bank. But they have failed to give any information such as Id, PNR etc. Nor they have informed about refund of amount.
Further embarrasintg situation is Spice Jet or Kingfisher could not give e mail Id of Make my Trip.
In such situation any passenger can understand how unreliable services are of Make my Trip.
After repeatation of this incident I have decided not to log on thos site in future
After taking money from my Bank MAKE MY TRIP has failed to pass any information regarding booking the ticket etc nor has refunded the money.
All intending customers BE AWARE . It is a dangerous site

Europe is a super destination from my point of view. I have travelled to several vacation locations in Europe and all I can say is that: fun fun fun fun fun fun!!!
Makemytrip as far as I am aware have not yet provided the airline with our contact information after we booked our tickets via their website. When the airline rescheduled the flight they could not inform us because of the actions of the MakeMyTrip as far as I am concerned.
