Sonata, which recently launched new designs of its Super Fibre range of watches, plans to spend about 10 per cent of its total advertising budget on the online media.
According to Sonata, the online campaign would appear on Google, Rediff.com, Yahoo Messenger, Yahoo India and Clinck, a desktop interface application.
“We see digital as an extremely good opportunity and since we are talking to the youth, I believe digital is the way to go forward,” Shekhar Agarwal, brand manager, Sonata, has said. [Source: exchange4media]

One can’t keep on doing the same stuff over and over again across all kinds of brands. Every brand has a unique feature and this needs to be attributed through innovative marketing initiatives. Unless the people working in this medium can innovate, spends will not grow on internet. "
